Inspire. Teach. Lead.

At Catholic University, our Education Department prepares reflective, compassionate, and skilled teachers who make a difference from the very first day in the classroom. Our undergraduate programs in Early Childhood Education and Education Studies combine theory and practice—helping students build deep content knowledge and the pedagogical skills needed for success in diverse educational settings.

Students gain hands-on experience in D.C. public, private, and charter schools, as well as schools in the Archdiocese of Washington. From practicum placements to field experiences, our candidates work directly with children, guided by faculty mentors who model reflective practice and real-world application.
