11:45 a.m.
Great Room, Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center

All students who graduated during the 2021-2022 academic year are welcome to attend the Graduate Arts and Sciences diploma ceremony. (RSVP's are not required, since your name will be read to acknowledge your achievement even if you are not able to be in attendance.)

Immediately after the conclusion of the Commencement Exercises on the University Mall, graduates should report to the third floor of the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center. We will have faculty there to assemble you for the procession in the hallway next to the windows, adjacent to the Great Room. May 2022 graduates will receive their diplomas at this time; August 2021 and January 2022 graduates have already received their diplomas in the mail and will walk across the stage to shake the dean's hand when their names are called.

Tickets are not required for the ceremony. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, although seating will be reserved for those needing special accommodations.

Academic regalia (cap, gown, and hood) is required for all students who attend the University's Commencement Exercises. Students who choose to attend only the Graduate Arts and Sciences diploma ceremony are not required to wear regalia. In these cases, we ask students to dress for the occasion (semi-formal attire). Students may order academic regalia through the University vendor's website: https://catholic.shopoakhalli.com

Students are encouraged to check with their departments or programs to see if a reception will be held after the ceremony.

*In the event of inclement weather, the University will enact its Rain Plan.  More information regarding the Rain Plan will be communicated via the University's Commencement website: https://commencement.catholic.edu
