The B.A./M.A. and B.S./M.S. programs give outstanding students a way to accelerate their progress toward a master's degree by enabling them to take up to four courses in their major for both undergraduate and graduate credit.
For some programs, it is possible to complete the requirements of both the bachelor's and the master's degrees in four years. In all cases, the master's degree must be completed no later than five years after matriculation, that is, one calendar year after the bachelor's degree is received.
Interested students should apply to participate in the B.A./M.A. or B.S./M.S. program by the end of the sophomore year.
