Support the School of Arts and Sciences
The arts and sciences are at the heart of The Catholic University of America’s educational mission. For over a century, the School of Arts and Sciences has sustained a tradition of excellence, continuously fostering rigorous research that expands the frontiers of knowledge, and nurturing many of the University’s most distinguished alumni. By far the largest school at Catholic University, Arts and Sciences boasts over 25,000 alumni, and currently enrolls more than 1,600 undergraduates and nearly 600 graduate students. Encompassing 18 departments and several more non-departmental programs, the school has a regular faculty of approximately 160.
Sustaining a tradition of excellence requires that we continually evolve our programs, research, and resources in order to anticipate – and respond to – the needs of students and the world they will enter. When you contribute to the School of Arts and Sciences, you help us recruit the very best students in today’s increasingly competitive higher education arena. By making a gift, you help us support departments, degree programs, and other educational initiatives; to recruit, reward, and retain the best faculty; to build cutting-edge laboratories and facilities; and to ensure that the School of Arts and Sciences will continue to remain faithful to its mission over the long term.
