Associate Professor of Catechetics, The Catholic University of America

Dr. Jem Sullivan is associate professor of Catechetics in the School of Theology and Religious Studies at The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. She was appointed to serve as a Member of the International Council for Catechesis under the auspices of the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization, Rome. 

For over two decades, Dr. Sullivan has served in Catholic education at the international, national and diocesan levels educating seminary, graduate and undergraduate students. She is the author of books, academic articles, and educational resources on catechetical themes in the New Evangelization and is a featured writer for Catholic News Service, Magnificat, and The Priest.  

Dr. Sullivan's research areas include liturgical catechesis and the arts in catechesis and evangelization.
